Sweepstakes Official Rules

The sole sponsor/promoter of the Sweepstakes is Dogg House Casino & Sportsbook ("Sponsor" or "Dogg House Casino & Sportsbook").

These Official Rules govern and control the Sweepstakes offered by Sponsor and are considered part of the Dogg House Casino & Sportsbook Terms of Use ("Terms"). Participation requires acceptance of the Terms, which include mandatory binding arbitration and a class action waiver. Any capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings set forth in the Terms.

Eligibility

  1. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States excluding Arizona, Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, and where otherwise prohibited by law, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  2. The following individuals are not eligible: officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family members or household members.
  3. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify participants engaging in unethical or abusive conduct.

Overview

  1. Sponsor provides sweepstakes entries referred to as Dogg Cash (DCH). DCH may be used to play sweepstakes games for a chance to accumulate eligible DCH that may be redeemed for prizes, subject to these Official Rules. DCH cannot be purchased.

Sweepstakes Entry Period

  1. The Sweepstakes begins on the first day of each calendar month at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends on the last day of that month at 11:59:59 p.m. EST. Sponsor’s system clock is the official timekeeping device.

Odds of Winning

  1. Odds of winning vary by game and are disclosed on the Platform. Sponsor reserves the right to adjust prize odds or payout rates at any time. Participants are responsible for reviewing prize details prior to play.

How to Collect Dogg Cash

Participants must have an active Dogg House Casino & Sportsbook account to collect DCH. Accounts may be created for free via the Dogg House Casino & Sportsbook mobile application.

Eligible participants may collect DCH through the following methods:

a. Free Bonus with Dogg Coin Purchases

DCH may be awarded as a free bonus when purchasing marked Dogg House Casino & Sportsbook Coin packs. Dogg Coins are used only for freemium play and cannot be redeemed for prizes. All purchases are final.

b. No-Cost Social Media Giveaways

Sponsor may offer free DCH through promotional contests on official Dogg House Casino & Sportsbook social or marketing channels. Additional rules may apply.

c. Zero-Balance Grant

Sponsor may offer free DCH through a zero-balance grant to eligible participants. Additional rules may apply.Participants with a zero DCH balance and no pending prizes may receive 1.00 DCH once every 24 hours. Sponsor may modify this amount at any time.

d. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

Participants may request free DCH by mailing a handwritten request in accordance with the detailed instructions provided by Sponsor. Requests must comply fully with all stated formatting, timing, and submission requirements. Each approved mail-in request awards 3 DCH, limited to 30 DCH per month.

Sponsor reserves the right to void illegible or non-compliant submissions.

Using Dogg House Casino & Sportsbook Cash to Play Games

Only DCH used in sweepstakes games may generate additional DCH eligible for prize redemption. DCH has no cash value and may only be redeemed upon verification and approval by Sponsor

Automated play, multiple accounts, collusion, or abuse of the Platform is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of DCH and account termination.

Verification & Confirmation of Winners

All potential winners are subject to verification. Completion of a Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process may be required, including government ID and identity validation.

Participants are not winners until eligibility is confirmed and Sponsor provides official notice.

Prize Rules

  1. Prizes are non-transferable.
  2. Sponsor may substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
  3. Processing fees may apply.
  4. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.
  5. Prize processing may take up to 30 days, or longer for prizes of $500 or more.
  6. Only one prize per account may be processed every 5 days.
  7. Maximum prize value per entry period is $5,000 in Florida and New York.

Disputes

All disputes are governed by Section 16 of the Dogg House Casino & Sportsbook Terms of Use, including binding arbitration and class action waiver provisions

Entry Conditions & Release

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and release Sponsor and affiliated parties from any claims arising from participation or prize acceptance.

Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Damages and Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify participants for violations, misconduct, or attempts to undermine the Sweepstakes, and to pursue legal remedies as permitted by law.

General Terms

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time due to fraud, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its control. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Winners List

To request a winners list, email Sponsor with the subject line "Winners List Request" within 60 days after the Sweepstakes Entry Period ends.
